Wow... Classy. Favorite paragraph in the entire letter listed below...

As you look to the future, I am sure you have many questions. To that end, a meeting has been scheduled for 1:00 pm TODAY in room 35-41 at Wells Fargo Arena....

So let me get this straight... The A.D. put the letter in the mail on May 13th at 8am, then ask people to show up at a place at 1pm that same day if you have any questions. I doubt if anyone would get the letter till 5pm that night when they get back to their residence. The athletic director is totally trying to avoid any confrontation/beat down.

It might have been emailed out as well, but regardless it's rude and unprofessional.
