You ethnic insensitivity disturbs me. You, obviously, have an anti-Scottish/Gaelic bias, and fail to give to the OP the respect he deserves for using the Scot/Gaelic word haedach properly in a sentence. Simply put "haedach" is Scot/Gaelic for "smoked salmon, poached from the King's forest, and served open-faced on rye bread with a light dill sauce."
