Oddly enough, I "flipped out" on a supervisor at work, yesterday.
Idiot wanted me to do something dumb, and wrong. Not only did he not listen to reason, he persisted in whining and wheedling for me to go ahead and do it anyway, despite it being dumb, stupid, additional work, and Bad For The Company.
So, I defaulted to "flipping out" knowing full well this a-hole couldn't run to the next higher chain of command and complain about it.
It was cathartic, really. I was getting tired of this guys crap, anyway.
Man, I love being a contractor, sometimes....
