I agree that you cannot penalize
KU for something his HS did. However, it is disappointing that something like this comes out after he declares and has no affect on his college play time while kids like Lucca get screwed over for doing nothing wrong. The NCAA needs role model athletes and, in my opinion, Lucca is much more of a role model than Arthur (assuming these accusations are true) and yet Lucca gets penalized. That really makes me angry.
