our favorite add on to a meal from the grill is to use the grill basket.
slice up red, green and yellow peppers along 1 medium size red onion. Basically to kabob size or a bit smaller. In a large plastic bag or sealed bowl add veggies and 2 tbl spoons of olive oil (virgin not extra virgin). then add garlic salt and cracked pepper to taste. we like it heavy in the garlic salt and pepper.
spray basket with Pam after the pan is heated up. Add veggies and stir about every 5 minutes until all are veggies are soft and just turning black in a few areas. Should take about 20 minutes..... yummmmm..
