It took me 10 years to realize that self-improvement is, by and large, a sick joke. The self-improvement industry is designed to make money for self-improvement gurus, and that is it.

All you REALLY need to do is to relax, do what comes naturally, and to learn how to really execute in your job. That means, of course, really digging in to the nuts and bolts of your job, which requires some thought, research, and possibly monetary outflow of your own, but there is no "trick" to making things work.

Self-improvement will come naturally from being yourself and working hard.
