This has been stated many, many, many, many, many times but Wayne did not encourage his players to leave
ISU. It comes from a source as close as possible to the situation.
It's not Wayne's fault the players left. There is no way that can be put on him. If it's anybody's fault it's Pollard's for firing him without thinking about what could happen to the program. I don't have a mancrush on Morgan but I get sick and tired of seeing his name get drug through the mud when all he did was the best job he could do.
