ISU doesn't sell out football games? Iowa State was one of about 10 NCAA division one schools whose average attendance was over 100% of capacity. That means in Lehman's terms so you understand that there were more people in the stadium for each game then the listed capacity. I guess that would qualify as an overflow sellout?
