I've already given you 4 examples of players that are from out of state but have mentioned at one time or another that they favor Iowa. Marcus Hall is a bit of a stretch, but Scheelhaase, Reed, and etc... from out of state are highly ranked and Iowa leans.
Also, I just thought I would mention, Brad Rogers is projected to be a 3 star running back, not two.
We'll see. Iowa doesn't have a bunch of spots to fill, so they aren't going to have a super high rated class anyway. All I'm saying is that you're blind if you don't see that recruiting has gotten a LOT tougher for them in the last few years (due to Zook, Weiss, Brewster, Bielema and Schiano). Not to mention, USF has made recruiting FL a little tougher for everyone up north.
I have a hard time believing that a RB that runs a 4.65 and has all of one major offer is projected to be a three star, but then again I've seen weirder things from Rivals and Scout. They are pretty far from consistant.
