Like I said, Rivals and Scout do some weird things. Fabian Brown was a 3 star recruit in 2007 and
ISU was his only offer. Compare that with Jeremiah Schwartz in 2008 who had offers from
ISU, Kentucky, Virginia, Wisconsin and Colorado yet was a 2 star. Doesn't make any sense to me. IMO to be a 3 star, a player should have at least 2 if not 3 BCS offers.
