The totally false part is about Iowa just rolling over and giving up when they play Ohio State. They don't do that -- they try their hardest and fight to the end. They are just not good enough to compete with Ohio State.
As far as wins in the Hayden Fry era, Fry's record against Ohio State was 3-14-1. Kirk Ferentz' record against Ohio State is 1-6. Combined that is 4-20-1 over the last 29 years. It is not a rivalry. Not even close.
