ISU fans knew McD and want to support him because we know what he is all about and he puts it all out there in the right way. Nothing against Lick, he just needs time get confortable.
I think his problem is that he is trying to make Iowa play the ''Butler Way'' as he so frequently and openly calls it. He needs to remember that he doesn't coach there anymore.
