ISU and Iowa. However, much of this I believe is for the "wow factor" for recruits, the never-ending arms race...
I know UM is, and IU is building a new facility.
But what helps those teams (
KU and IU) from
ISU, Iowa, and UM in recruiting high profile players is their tradition. What schools don't have dripping in tradition (Ohio State), they need to make up for it with top of the line facilities.
