Yeah, I don't think KF will testify in the criminal trial. He was not a direct witness, and doesn't have anything to do with the actual crime.
If he did anything not by the book, then he will have to deal with the U of I higher-ups and the BoR. Even if the did everything by the book, didn't know anything and such, he will still have to deal with the court of public opinion. In this case, if he wins on the field, he'll be fine.....unless they continue to have off-the-field issues. I don't blame him as much as some others for these problems, but he now has the responsibility of fixing them.
