JP is offered the job and goes so be it - nothing for us to do. I used to think that losing Gene Smith would be the worst thing for
ISU and it did prove that like any job if you make a hiring mistake (BVD) it's bad but then we got
JP.
ISU has a load of potential and there are others out there that would love a chance to take up where
JP left off.
