Agreed. I liken Dan McCarney to Wayne Morgan. Probably the greatest recruiter possible for Iowa State. Great with Boosters. Horrible with coaching on Game Days. He has done a lot for the program by taking
ISU to bowl games on a consitent basis but we will never "get over the hump" with Dan. 3rd and 15 draw plays & Qb sneaks isn't going to get you there.He would make a fantastic AD somewhere.
