You can be an emotional and vocal leader, which he may develop into, but it is difficult to take over a game like we would like to seem him do when you can't create your own shot. I love Rashon, but he won't reach the potential of his athletism, until/if he can develop the skills to create off the dribble. As a 3, if you can't create off the dribble and teams are in your face they can take you out of the game.
