Well we paid $2000 for that one but 4 of us went in on it so $500 each. We still want to paint it so not sure what that is going to run us. I will tell you that when you are looking for something be sure it is mechanically sound because that is where we've spent the most money so far with starter issues. Knock on wood we think we finally have that solved. We spent another $250 on a used portable generator to power it but at some point we'd like to get one that makes a lot less noise.
One thing to check with RVs is if everything works. Water pump, furnance, stove, fridge, etc. Winterizing the water system runs about $80 if you take it to an RV shop but the insurance and tags on it are pretty reasonable because its so old. Just liability is like $22 a year and tags are about $80. We still have a lot of cosmetic work to do on it but it's been a good project so far. You can look at Craigslist and kinda see what they run but for a good used older model you aren't going to find many around $2000 probably.
