It is ironic. The funny thing is you don't realize how bad Mediacom is until you finally make the switch. I was already tired of their crap after several problems with them including 1 really big mess up on their part when I moved. My service got switched fine then for some reason 3 months later I called in an outage and they tried to tell me that I had not requested a switch to my new location. Funny cuz I was getting bills in the mail and a Mediacom guy came out to my house and installed 2 new jacks the week I moved into my house so I
KNOW I did! I had to get it escalated to 3 different people before they finally corrected the problem without wanting to bill me again for it and have to wait a few days for the change to happen.
It's now night and day with the quality of service I get with Dish and Qwest. Made me wonder why I waited so long and kept putting up with the same crap that everyone is still putting up with today.
