Timmy Floyd just had the one stink season, otherwise he was great. Just seems like our program can never be steady for more than a 2-4 years at a time. Orr set the tone and left TF with a full cupboard. Floyd had it going here, then bails. LE walks into a rebuilding process but then has the 2 best seasons ever. He runs into trouble, we are rebuilding again. Wayne comes in, does an admirable job his first two years but then sputters year 3 and is fired. We hire
