UNI's slide is very disappointing for me personally since UNI and
ISU are basically 1 and 1A for me (I'm from Ames, grew up going to games at Hilton, went to school at UNI).
I don't think Jacobson is necessarily a bad coach. UNI's perimeter shooting sounds like it has gone ice cold recently and teams are really doubling down on Coleman and Stout. The Register article said those two combined for only 13 points last night. Normally that is the scoring average for both of them. Poor shooting will overshadow everything, even good coaching.
