Question Re: Free Puppy to Good Home

I'm curious as to why she's available? A good friend of mine had a rat terrier named "Happy" of all things, that was anything but. He was great with their sons, but didn't like any other kids. Like all twelve & nine year-olds, they had friends over frequently, and Happy frequently bit them. He was outwardly friendly but would bite without any advance notice. The lady of the house put Happy down after he bit a kid in the face (probably his tenth victim)...

I might talk to them about her (friend loves Rat Terriers and they're a great family), but his Mrs. is kinda leery of the breed now...
