Sorry for any confusion on the ranking of the players. My basis for saying "Highly interested in
ISU" simply goes along with the following guidelines having been confirmed:
ISU is in the top 5 for a player.
ISU is holding steady or gaining favorability with the player.
ISU is considered to have medium to strong interest in the player.
ISU would accept the player if given the chance.
The reason there are a lot of players showing strong interest is because they see an opportunity to participate with quality minutes almost right away. I have heard some remarkable things about what players think of the new coaching staff and their "ideas" for the future. It does not surprise me at all that so many have
ISU so high on their list. Obviously not all of those would pick
ISU in the end but that list is accurate with what I have heard from people within
ISU and on the recruiting trail.
