I went to the luncheon today with Coach and he isvery impressive!

Things that he said that stood out to me:

Our players and coaches will have the mark of a man!

Our players will have "IT". It is an intangeable that winners have and made reference to Vince Young.

I want our team to have Swagger! It doesn't happen overnight but a team must have it.

He stopped workouts this morning that started at 5:30 because he didn't like the way that workouts were going up to that point. He said these workouts were are not fun but the make your team!

Todd Blythe and Brent Meyer have put on more weight with the offseason workouts.

Coach said if you have one little thought in your mind that you are going to lose this game then you do not have the attitude that he is looking for.

Lastly. I was impressed! He is intense and knows when to crack a joke. He talks with a very high standard and expectations.
