Anyway, we had a terrific offense that year but didn't score an offensive touchdown that game. Iowa had a back gain over 200 yards and I think they won it 12-10. I guess maybe they didn't score a TD either.
I'll never forget how nervous I was that entire game.
Tom Buck helped coach my 8th grade football team....way back in 1980. He was the inventor of the famous BENO defense.

The throwback unis is a great idea. I would kinda like to see them for the entire year.
