You had better odds since the field had two drivers that could have won. Not to confuse you, but it could have been up to 4 if qualifing went differently.
I just looked at the list, there are a couple of drivers you could have bet on that didn't even make the race. Not going to go through them individually. So field was more than 2 drivers.
Better to be hated for who you are, than beloved for who you're not.
I can see his gripe ... putting "The field" in any position rather than last implies it was added early than the individuals added later ... I don't give a rip because I didn't bet on it, but I'd consider paying back the "field" bettors their credits because of the confusing layout.

Also, it was pretty ironic that NASCAR promoted the hell out of Gibbs vs. Hendrick and Penske finished 1-2.
Just like they said on TV, the best car doesn't always (or typically) in a plate race. Kyle Busch had a great car but got a bad break when Burton got a bad restart.
The way its displayed had "Field (all others)" as like the 12th name in the list ... then a bunch of other names.
Other bets on CF open with a few bets and others get added later (prop bets and such) ... the layout could make someone think the "Field" bet meant everyone but the top 12 listed. Then you added odds for all of the rest of the racers later (even though you didnt)
That's how I took it when I first looked at it, and I can see how others may have been similarly confused.
