Last season Chuck said he gained 60 lbs in the 6 or 7 months after his retirement! That takes work, I'm an eater but 10 lbs a month damn!

The all star game is usually a score fest but the NBA's defense has improved a lot over the past 10 years. Teams used to average 115 a game
