They probably will.

In all honesty, Alford is a good mid-major coach. UNM is the perfect fit for him. Although, when he brings in his own thugs, we'll just see what happens.

While that would be fun to discuss with my hawk friends, I couldn't stand Alford when he was there so I really hope they don't make the tourney.

I spoke with somebody on the phone yesterday from a New Mexico branch, and he automatically went on some big speech about how much they loved Alford once he found out I was from Iowa. I couldn't help but chuckle.

I think a lot of Iowa fans are hoping that the latest "Bracketology" comes true and there is a Drake vs. New Mexico matchup. I would even enjoy watching Hawk fans relish in Drake beat down of SA's team.
