I have been pleasantly surprised with Dempster so far. I thought he was going to be a disaster in the rotation but so far it's worked out much better than having him as the closer.

I think that pleasantly surprised is a giant understatement. Granted, we are only about 1/4 through the season, but so far he has been magnificent.
