I give up.
With the exception of John Danks, our pitching has totally **** the bed.

I really can't believe how little Joe Morgan and Jon Miller actually know about baseball.
Morgan was talking about how DeRosa has settled at second base, but he has been playing all over the field for the last few weeks, especially since Soriano went on the DL.
Then they were both talking about how great a fielder Crede is, then later, when he makes an error they realize that he has 14 errors.

14 in a row at home... most since 1936.
If this team isn't special I don't know what is.

Welp... if the Cubs falter like they normally do... this might be the year where they absolutely crush the fanbase.

I'm predicting riots in the streets of Chicago. No matter what happens. If we have the best record in baseball at the break and don't win it, Cubs fans will riot. If we win the WS, Cubs fans are going to drink so much, they'll forget how to not riot.

I was reading this article:
When Is It Okay for a Man to Cry? | The Art of Manliness
From the ArtOfManliness.com just the other day.
Number 1 for the "When Its Not Okay To Cry List"
1. When you favorite sports team loses. I get really into sports. But crying when men who don’t know you from Adam lose a game means you’ve got way too much invested.
If the Cubs win the WS I will probably break this rule.

The Crede statement was great but my favorite of the night was that A Ram swings at the first pitch 50% of the time. (I know what he was trying to get at but I thought it was funny)

Crede was GG caliber before this year. He is a better fielder than Ramirez.
He's having a bad year.
