Can you explain again why you can't pick certain teams? I thought the rule was you can't pick against a team two weeks in a row. For example, last week I picked Neb over KSU, so why can't I pick KU? Just making sure I didn't miss anything....

You nailed it...you can not pick against a team in consecutive weeks...so picking nebraska last week(vs KSU), means Kansas is not an option for you this week because they play KSU.
The reason I did that was because its far too easy for everyone to pick against Kansas, or Baylor each week, or take whoever plays ISU during the OU, Texas, and Nebraska part of the schedule.
This add some strategy and forces people to evetually pick some tough games, instead of just picking on the weaker teams all the time.
To clarify, you can pick against KSU next week....just never 2 weeks in a row.
