This. The Big 10 hasn't been above average for quite a few years. Michigan isn't the Michigan of old, either is Penn St. Don't be fooled by their jersey's, the players inside are very, very average.

So from a Nebraska perspective, good riddance Big 12 Conference!

Since NU is no longer affiliated with the Big 12 I see no reason for you to ever post here again-- so good ridance Wingback!

I'm really not going to miss these guys much. Can't see how having them gone is really going to hurt ISU in any way.

Really wonder how well their fan base will travel East of the Mississippi. The Big 12 made a lot more sense for them geographically.

Yeah the atmosphere outside the game in Iowa City in 2012 will be like a battlefield. Nebraska fans will invade Iowa City by the thousands. I'd love to be in Iowa City that Saturday just to watch what goes down

Losing that game also insured that NU will be paying the full amount of their buy-out. A win would've saved NU $495,000.

Did anyone else find themselves rooting for OU in that game last night?? I did just out of principal of them trying to cause the chaotic demise of the Big 12..... Go Away Big Red!!!!
I can't wait for the conspiracy theory talk from their fan-base to stop.....
