STILLWATER, Okla. (AP)—Oklahoma State starting forward Darrell Williams has been charged with a felony count of sexual battery and three felony counts of rape by instrumentation.

I'm a little naive on this. Obviously, it's horrible, so how horrible is this (in terms of occurrences, what are they getting at)?

Here's the kicker, the coaching staff didn't know about the charges until the press informed them during their regular conference call.

How could the staff and administration not know about the charges before it went to the press? Isn't it their job to broker a backroom deal between the victim and suspect before it goes to the police in the first place?

i just listened to the b12 call, and OSU assistant was on instead of travis ford. the asst coach gets asked "hey, given the news on darrell how does that affect your team?" and the asst coach says "uh, I don't know anything about that. Coach Ford just told me he is in a meeting and to be on the call."

Says that there were other bball players involved but she could not id them. Highly doubt that little PG (Paige) was in on it, everyone knows what he looks like!!!

According to the link below the incident happened Dec 13 and an anonymous letter about 3 women being raped at a party started an investigation. Williams and two other men not related to the bball team have been charged.

Well, I guess someone didn't like my Beastie Boys quote.

I went lurking the OSU website. The rape by instrumentation charge was because he used a finger. One charge was in the basement of the house, one in the yard, and one didn't say. Basically, it sounds like he forced third base.

And, the sheriff is after him for what he did to his daughter
