KState fans hosting KU gamewatch parties to root for the other team
Party was Friday night to root for the Richmond Spiders. They're certainly rooting for VCU today.

KU fans are almost as unbearable as Iowa fans, but if true, KSU fans are beyond pathetic.

I find it hilarious. They're just being more honest about it. I guarantee people on this board have done the exact same thing with Iowa football.

Football's a different animal, but come postseason in basketball, I pull for the other B12 teams. A national championship for the B12 makes the whole conference stronger. I guess I assumed most others did as well.

a team rooting against their in-state rival? I'm shocked!

When it comes to basketball, I root for my bracket, and once that tanks, I root for as many upsets as possible.
Now, I'm sure that many KSU fans do the exact same thing. And how many KSU fans do you think have Kansas in the Final Four?

I don't blame them one bit. KSU has been trying to break through in basketball for a few years now, and a strong KU program doesn't help them out one bit. KU is on the verge of winning their second title in a few years. Just look at the bracket, everything is setting up perfectly for them. Trust me, if the table was setting itself up for Iowa to win a second mens bball championship in the last few years, we would be rooting like hell for them to go down too.

I was at a bar in Aggieville (Manhattan's campustown) the night of the KU/NDSU football game... Lets just say there were people in that bar happier that KU lost than KSU winning earlier that day, against UCLA.

I cheer against Iowa no matter what sport. I would still be embarrassed to attend a gamewatch to cheer against them. It screams little brother.
