    Per Gary Parrish on Twitter.

Anybody here still think Texas A&M is a better job than Maryland? LOL

Anyone think that Frank Martin is starting to wish he'd have taken that Miami job?

I think he wanted the Miami job; I got the impression they didn't want him.

Yep. When a coach comes out in the media and states specifically that he isn't making as much money as "people" (aka Miami officals ) think he is making... That tells you all you need to know.

As far as Dalonte Hill goes... I guess we now know just how far Maryland is willing to go to try and win games... If you aren't cheating you aren't trying.

This is a stupid question, but who is Dalonte Hill? He sounds like a bad man.

K-State has practically been a DC AAU team. Dalonte Hill is from the area and has recruiting ties there.

DC-Baltimore is a recruiting hotbed. Maryland is going to clean up.

Did you mean bought Beasley and Walker?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I seem to recall that there some were changes with Hill's AAU connection that may have reduced his effectiveness as a recruiter.

It took me more than 5 or 6 posts before I realized it was Dalonte Hill and not the NBA player Delonte West.

This! While UNC and Duke will always be able to recruit on a national level...this makes Maryland a contender in a short period of time!

Re: Dalonte Hill Joining Maryland Staff

I remember hearing some players were thinking of transferring, namely Rodney McGruder. He's from the DC Assualt team, and was recruited by Hill. If Kstate losses him, they are in a lot of trouble.
