The student attendence issue is valid but I think students wouldn't mind free bustrips to DSM at Principal Park, especially those of age who can drink beer at the games.
Looking at the old ISU schedules it does look like ISU did alternate between home and away on the weekends in the April/May time frame, so it'd likely be possible to work things out.

Chartering buses to get fans down to Principal would get expensive. You'd also have to figure out how many to get, or may be you'd just say there's one bus per weeknight game and two per weekend game. First come, first served.
