Busch Light and some Call of Duty..gonna be a thrilling Friday night.
Point Special Lager, there's a couple a Schell Deer Brand in the back of the fridge. If all else fails, maybe some Cedar Ridge Bourbon or their cowboy whiskey.
Blue Moon with an orange. I also bought Boulevard Single Wide IPA. I had Spotted Cow about a month ago and it was really good, but can't find it in my area.
Already had some Hopalicious from Ale Asylum. Moving onto some 1554 next.
Hitting up some Woodchucks tonight. Sometimes you just need a nice draft cider...
Schlafly (St. Louis) American IPA. Saw it in Iowa for the first time today!
House/dog sitting for an aunt and uncle who are on vacation, they left the house well provisioned with everything but the crucial sustenance know as beer.
Feeling poor tonight. Picked up some boulevard pale ale and wheat. Also had a Coors light. Wishing I was in town for East Side Night!
Was down at the Twisted Vine Brewery/Madison County Winery earlier. That was a blast. FWIW, the Twisted Vine guys are HARDCORE Cyclones, and they make some good beer. Their blonde ale was one of the best I've had.
Right now I'm on one of these:
Kind of disappointing. A little too malty, but an easy drinking beer nonetheless.
I haven't been wowed by any of their brews. This IPA is just too malty for my taste.
My favorite "mass produced" IPAs are Bell's Two Hearted, Sierra Nevada Torpedo, Peace Tree Double, Bell's Hopslam, Big Sky IPA, and Boulevard Single Wide. When I drink an IPA, I want the damn hops, so any IPA that isn't aggressively hop forward just isn't my cup of joe.
