Saw that chip brown reported a&m is voting to leave on Monday before Texas politicians can meet tuesday. The tuesday meeting required a 5 day notice but an a&m BOR meeting only a 3 day notice. Wow...

That's aggie honor code: never lie cheat or steal nor tolerate those who do! And give the rest of your state a big bird on the way out the door

I would love their regents or their state government to deny their move due to not following the rules.

I mean, the state govt could just withhold funding, right? It'd be a sorta dirty move, but if they interpret A&M leaving without their input offensive, they could do it.
