What % chance is there that A&M will be gone within a week?
I don't pretend to know all the legalities involved here, so what does everyone think the % chance is that A&M will be gone within the week?
My VERY uneducated guess is 80%.
And if they are gone, what team is MOST likely to join the Big 12? I'll go with BYU.
And by the way, I think the Big 12 minus A&M, and adding BYU is a LOT better off. A&M gives us very little extra TV sets IMO. The Texas market is already way over-saturated with UT, TT, Baylor, Houston, TCU, Rice, etc. Adding BYU will increase TV sets by a HUGE amount.

Big 12 65% chance gone after the season.

I agree with twojman. The question now should be percent chance the conference is around in a week.
I put it at 50/50 with eyes on Norman, OK.
The campaign starts now. November 6, 2012. -

put away your tin foil hat. BYU or Houston will be sliding into the Aggies "still warm" seat. OU does not want to go to the SEC and fight their way to a BCS title game.

I'll say 95% by Wednesday. 100% by Sept 1 that the Aggies are gone.
In the SEC for 2012 season.

TAMU 90% gone, may not finalize this week, but the wheels are in motion.
Big 12- 30% chance it ends. Its all in Oklahoma and Missouri's hands.

Two per cent by Wednesday. Maybe next summer this same scenario when SEC has an additional team.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style. -

With my excessive knowledge of the situation, I would put it at 83.48123%, but thats just an estimation.

Chip Brown of Orangebloods is reporting A&M gone with-in 3 weeks. This guy was right on with everything this time last year. Way too much smoke to not have fire. Report: A&M’s move to SEC to be announced within three weeks | CollegeFootballTalk -
