Future B12 Expansion

The major reason BSU is able to compete currently is they are allowed to have kids on their team ISU cannot have. If BSU joins the B12, and can't have partial qualifiers they won't be able to compete any longer. Plus their recruiting ground is California, without playing there regularly, I don't think they will get many recruits to come. Also I don't see alot of Texas recruits wanting to go to Boise over current B12 schools. BSU would be an epic fail.

The great work by ISU, OU, MU and others has quickly put the Big XII in a great position. The last two months are currently being written up as a Harvard Case Review on how some key university players came together, built a solid strategic plan and executed it to near perfection. The Big 12 in a position of power? Oh that is rich. It has a little more power than the Big East but that is all. The SEC, Pac 12, Big 10 and ACC are by far the top four in terms of power, followed by Big 12 in DISTANT fifth and Big East in sixth.

The Pac 12 shut its doors to OU and Texas or the Big 12 would be gone today.

Interesting. However, BSU just moved to the MWC. So I don't know how much this would pertain to their current players. I would be interesting to see what impact this will have on them going forward.

You are one of the few that have followed this from the beginning. You were extremely sceptical and I can understand that but you did watch carefully and it did happen as we said it would. Was blinded sided by the 2 from big east to acc but that was not in the Big XII strategic plan and they adjusted nicely. We have great leadership at ISU.
