I was a victim of a series of accidents, as are we all. -
Re: West Virginia or Louisville
Take both, if Mizzou stays we are done, if they go then we search for a #12.

Re: West Virginia or Louisville
If they add Louisville, they would have two cardinals teams :)

Re: West Virginia or Louisville
I say take both as well. We need 12. We will have a tough time competing in the B12, in football with only 10 teams, as we're seeing now. Playing OU, Okie State, Texas, WVU, TCU, K-State and Tech year in and year out along with Iowa in non-conference, will result in 3-4 win seasons on average.

I think they'd take a spot in the B12 if offerend, irregardless of what MU and the SEC do. Yes, the SEC would go after them next....unless we get them first.

If Mizzou goes they will be 14. They were at 12 added aTm.

One, the ONLY place I've ever heard that WVU is in the running to be SEC #14 is on the WVU boards (let me know if I've missed something). And I've never heard L-ville to the SEC, from anywhere.
Two, the only remaining issues to settle regarding MU are the buyout and the timeline. WVU knows it's not going to the SEC or ACC. Their choices are B12 or Big East. (not a hard choice)
The only thing holding this part up is a lack of agreement from the Big 12 about which one to invite. If Mizzou were to formally announce today, it wouldn't speed up B12 expansion.

Another vote for both. We need to get back to a 12 team league.

Re: West Virginia or Louisville
Both and also Cincinnati. (assuming Misery is gone)

Re: West Virginia or Louisville
My vote was for Louisville, only because the "or" in the title implies a choice of one - not both
Between Louisville and Morgantown, Louisville would be the better city to sell the Big 12 conference: it's closer to the other Big 12 schools, it has a larger population than M-town, and the facilities for basketball, football, and baseball are a better fit than WVU's.
That being said - I am with the majority on here and would like to see both added. Ideally, I would like to see the Big 12 move West with their conference expansion, but if WVU is already on board, then the Big 12 should invite Louisville and a 12th member from the Eastern/Central Timezone. I would rather see Cincinatti added for the sake of travel and continuity of the conference than have BYU just for the sake of having them as a conference member.

For the love of god, both! Pick up Cincinnati or BYU while you're at it.
