Southeastern will work, as I said, WV is sort of a tweener.
I was stationed at Naval Facility on the coast near Charleston, OR in 1970/71 and a Chief listened to me talk at the club bar and he finally came up to me and said you are from West Virginia aren't you. Sort of eerie.
