Highly doubt it. Baseball is an afterthought in college athletics behind football/basketball...and maybe even other sports.
Baseball is not coming back.
I would rather would spend more money on football and basketball then bring back baseball.
When I become a big donor, I will bring back ISU baseball. I'm not sure how I will become a big donor though.

I believe they would have to add a female sport in order to add baseball. So I doubt we will see Baseball back at ISU, plus it is tough to be competitive at all with the southern states.
I doubt we see Cyclone baseball at any time in the near future. Football and Mens Bball will be getting the $. And continuing to improve facilities for wrestling, volleyball, track, gymnastics, etc will be a priority before the AD will think about baseball.
