RGIII and Baylor
Does anybody have any knowledge of if he is coming back for his senior year? I think Baylor is improving but no matter who they put in there after RGIII, he will be tough to replace and there will be some growing pains with the new guy.

Re: RGIII and Baylor
It seems like he's been there for ten years!! That being said, I think he's a great guy as well as a great QB. Very impressed with him.

Re: RGIII and Baylor
We will beat them in JTS next year either way. But I would also be curious. I think he is coming back iirc.

Re: RGIII and Baylor
He has discussed enrolling part-time into Baylor School of Law for his senior season.

Re: RGIII and Baylor
he made a request to the NCAA to make an exemption for him, because he would like to go to Law School, but he wouldn't be taking enough credits to make him eligible. If the exemption goes through sounds like he is coming back, if not - guessing he's off to the NFL.
Although if i were him, 1 major knee injury would be enough for me to get out of school and get the $$$......he's bounced back and has shown that he is healthy and is a good QB.
Law school will always be there when he is done with the NFL.

Re: RGIII and Baylor
Not sure about Griffith, but I think Weeden is the only SR QB in the conference. I was reading htrough the Big XII Players of the Week list his AM and there are only 4 seniors that have won all year. Lots of talent coming back next year.

Re: RGIII and Baylor
I thought Griffith graduated already and was going to grad school? I thought this WAS his final season? I probably have my facts wrong.

Re: RGIII and Baylor
I would love to see him bolt, he is starting to show up as a mid first round pick in alot of drafts. Thats alot of money to turn away from, although if he is going into law, I am guessing football isnt the be all and end all for RGIII

Re: RGIII and Baylor
No idea what he will be doing, but from interviews and stories I've seen about him, he seems like the type of guy that will go on to have great success at whatever he does.

This. Robert is a different kind of player. He will make a lot of money in whatever he chooses to do. Football, track, or law school. Football is not the be all to end all. He is an Ivy League student playing BCS football. He has many many options.
He has said that he would like to come back next fall to start Law School. He wants to be a trial lawyer

Re: RGIII and Baylor
Yep, in 20 years we will be calling him Mr. President

Re: RGIII and Baylor
he's said multiple times he's considering coming back, doing football, law school, and also training for the 2012 olympics.
but if we finish these next two games strong, the draft position he is setting up for himself is going to be tough to pass up. Radio interview today with SVP he said he's considering both options at this point.
