Wow, giving a lot love to the new guy and the new school at number two. Not saying that it isn't justified but it will be interesting to see how that team holds this season in the Big XII.
Mack Brown at 4??! You gotta be freaking kidding. Wow. IMO good coaching is doing more with less, and if you're fortunate enough to have a lot, do something with it. Here's what I'd do..
1. Snyder
2. Patterson
3. Gundy
4. Stoops
5. Briles
6. Rhoads
7. Brown
8. Holgerson
9. Tuberville
10. Weis.
Snyder and Patterson are the clear 1-2 in my mind. They took programs that were nothing, and made them good programs. Hopefully in 5-10 years Rhoads can move up into that category!
I honestly don't know if there's a big difference between 1-10. Each coach has done a lot with what they've had to work with! (Including charlies entire coaching career)
No disrespect to Hoiberg, but this list shows how much better B12 football coaches are than its basketball coaches when a hall of fame coach doesn't crack the top 4.
