Can't argue with results. Don't forget Michael Johnson's track accomplishments.

Just think they' re gonna get all that donation money from former Astro owner

In football, sure. But the basketball programs are here to stay. Baseball is decent, and IIRC the softball team is pretty good too. And Baylor's track program is, and has been, one of the nation's elite.

Their basketball program is Scott Drew, and when he gets Bruce Pearled, they will be a bottom feeder once more.

Waco - where men are men and women are men to. No need to sell jog bras in the Baylor bookstore.

It depend on your definition of elite. Baylor has never won a NCAA Championship in men's track and is currently 4th out of 4 of the Big 12 Texas schools with the other 3 ranked in the top 10 (Baylor is 13th). A&M is the true track power they are the 3 time defending champions. What Baylor has had in the past is a reputation of good 4x400 and has produced several great 400 individuals and have gotten local interest because they have been loyal Drake Relays participants in the past.
