I agree that would be the most likely scenario. I would definitely prefer Clemson to Louisville, but I guess that is kind of a no brainer.

From a conference prestige standpoint, I'd prefer Clemson over Louisville, but from a purely selfish ISU fan perspective, I think I'd rather have Louisville.

#1 Louisville is a cool town
#2 It's close enough that I'm more likely to travel there for a game.
#3 We're more on par with them from a competitive standpoint (footballwise)

That said, if it ends up being Clemson, I'll be very happy

I just want whatever is best for Iowa State in all of this. That's my only concern.

I think it'd be cool having Pitino in the league, that's a pretty tough group of coaches

Weren't us "smaller" schools getting somewhere between $10-$15M just a couple of years ago? If we add FSU and Clemson we could nearing $24M...huge difference.
