This is typical Aggie B.S. (and I have a degree from A&M). It's a complete inferiority complex, disguised as arrogance. They know that they're not fooling anyone, they just want their opponents to believe that they believe it.

They don't have an Alumni Association, they have an Association of Former Students, because many of their biggest doners are drop-outs that got rich in the oil industry.
