^^^ Well I guess you proved that he sat out the next play anyway. "There are five real good recruits in the state. We got three of them. One couldn’t get into school, and the other went to (the University of) Iowa...which is about the same thing." - Coach Johnny Orr -

I don't know why officials do this. I would rather just not know about a bad calls and have a small part of me believe that maybe they make the right call.
After the fact, I do not get anymore closure knowing they screwed up especially if the result could have been the ball game.

That doesn't bother me as much because we sucked that year and ended up losing 50,000 to -3.
I'm only bitter about the ones that mattered.
But yeah, that was a brutal missed call.

But yeah, that was a brutal missed call. It was much worse than that; it was actually 56-3.

Big 12 Conference @Big12Conference OFFICIAL: Reports that the Big 12 acknowledged a blown call and issued an apology to Oklahoma State are inaccurate.

Originally Posted by Al_4_State That doesn't mean it was a clear recovery. I'm pretty sure they couldn't determine who recovered on video. No, they could. It was quite clear that the ball left his possession prior to the end zone, and quite clear that the OSU player found it and picked it up. However, I don't think that they could rule on that because it was being reviewed for a touchdown rather than a fumble (and it may not have been recovered until after the touchdown signal or the whistle).

This isn't true....Big 12 says it is a false report

That wasn't a touchdown, but Texas still had the ball.
