Oklahoma and Nebraska to Resume Rivalry (CFB)

They left out of spite, I just don't like the idea of them getting a marquee/national TV type game with a big 12 team.

I don't really like it either. And I certainly don't want the Big 12 giving the Big Ten any kind of additional spotlight during the end of the season (i.e. Thanksgiving matchup). If this game is going to happen, it needs to happen early.

Also, I'd really, really like to know if the rumoured "agreement" between the Big 12 members to not schedule the defectors is real, because if it is real, then OU doing this is not a good thing.

This is just a two-game series between Nebraska and Oklahoma to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the "Game of the Century" from 1971. I don't think this is anything close to the resumption of a regular series between the two schools.
